Refund & Return Policy

At Mountsea, we take pride in providing top-quality water bottles, tumblers, and customized drinkware. Every product is carefully inspected before dispatch. However, if there’s an issue, this policy explains how we handle returns, replacements, and refunds.

1. Eligibility for Return or Replacement

We accept return or replacement requests only under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
  • The product was delivered in a visibly damaged condition.
  • The request is made within 3 days of delivery.

Custom-engraved, logo-printed, or personalized items are not eligible for return or refund, except in cases of manufacturing defects.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at [yourbrandname@gmail.com] or WhatsApp +91 9030647568 with your order ID, photos/videos of the issue, and a brief description.
  2. Our team will review your request within 48 hours.
  3. Once approved, we’ll share the return pickup or self-ship details.

Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories or tags.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

If you paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), we’ll issue a refund via bank transfer or UPI after verification.

Shipping or courier charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

4. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled only before dispatch.
Customized or bulk orders cannot be canceled once production has started.

5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges only for damaged or defective items of the same model.
If the requested replacement is out of stock, a refund or store credit will be provided.

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized or logo-printed bottles
  • Used or unsealed products
  • Discounted or clearance items
  • Gift cards or promotional bundles
