At Mountsea, we aim to deliver your stainless steel bottles, tumblers, and drinkware safely and on time — whether it’s a single retail order or a large corporate shipment.

1. Shipping Coverage

We deliver Pan-India and offer international shipping for bulk and corporate orders.
All orders are shipped directly from our Hyderabad warehouse.

2. Dispatch Timeline

  • Standard Orders: Usually dispatched within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Customized / Engraved Orders: Dispatched within 5–10 business days, depending on the complexity of customization and quantity.
  • Bulk / Corporate Orders: Timelines are communicated during order confirmation based on volume.

If any delay is expected, our team will proactively inform you via phone or email.

3. Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 3–6 business days after dispatch
  • Other Locations: 5–9 business days after dispatch
  • International Orders: 10–15 business days (depending on destination and customs clearance)

Note: Delivery time may vary due to courier delays, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Retail Orders: Standard shipping charges apply and are shown at checkout.
  • Bulk / Corporate Orders: Shipping costs are based on weight, volume, and destination.
  • Free Shipping Offers: Applicable only for selected products or promotional periods.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email or WhatsApp update with your tracking ID and courier partner details.
You can track your shipment on the courier’s website until delivery.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged parcel or an incomplete shipment:

  1. Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Share clear photos/videos of the package and product.
  3. Our support team will investigate and resolve the issue through replacement or refund as per our Return Policy.

7. International Orders

Custom duties or import taxes (if applicable) must be paid by the recipient as per the destination country’s laws.
We’re not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
